1 Tech Way is completely hack, custom-content, and mod-free.

I thought I'd attempt a cute modern starter home, a task I found equally simple and difficult. Though I believe it is much easier to make an attractive modern starter home than an attractive traditionally-styled starter home, I discovered that coming up with a unique architectural plan that was modern and liveable was a bit tough. Anyway, I hope you will enjoy 1 Tech Way as much as I enjoyed creating it (and playing it, too!).

1 Tech Way costs 19,982 simoleons. It is fully furnished and simply decorated with the following items and amenities:

POOL (I'm so proud that I snuck a pool into a starter home!)
bedroom (single bed [there is room for a double, though], easel)
bathroom (mirror, sink, toilet, shower)
kitchen/dining/living area (counter, barstool, stove, fridge, sofa, TV, bookcase, end table)
outdoor chess table and chair

And because every girl who ever listened to her hair stylist knows that you should always rinse your hair before and after swimming in a chlorinated pool, another shower is conveniently located near the pool (see the pictures).
