Welcome to Winterton Apartments, 6 upscale family homes.
All apartments have 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open living area that has a fireplace of your choice. Each apartment is styled the same.
There is enough space downstairs for a medium sized kitchen, large dining area, medium living area and an open foyer.
This Apartment Complex also features a laundry room, located northwest of the lot, with space for up to 8 pairs of washing and drying machines, so each guest can be assigned to a laundry station.
Has an open courtyard, with a gazebo and a medium sized pond with swingset for children.
