The Lake House is free of CC, cheats or hacks, which is no small feat for me!
Although I've never uploaded a house here, I have been creating them for quite a long time and have always wanted to submit one. I know I need to brush up on my camera skills (and I will!), but I hope you like my lake house, it was fun to create...even without the extra goodies.
I created this house as a base for you to finish off as you'd like. It is only furnished enough so that you can get a feel for the layout of the rooms (and only with Maxis furniture). The walls are still sporting their patched drywall, so you will be able to paint or paper as you choose, and hardwood floors could use some sanding and maybe a rug or two.
It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a Great Room which includes a bar and card playing area as well as a conversation area near the huge stone fireplace, and an average sized kitchen. But with all this room you can change the layout if a gourmet kitchen is what your Sim requires. There are also four decks: one at the front and back of the lower level as well as two flanking both second story bedrooms (plenty of room for hot tubs!).
I doubt you need all the expansion and stuff packs listed, but since I have them I listed them to be on the safe side.
