This thoroughly modern house has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and loads of charm. The lot is extra large, but I've let much of the landscaping and the furnishing up to you. In my own game, I've added a pool and gazebo which work wonderfully with this house. You may prefer a pond or orchard...to each his own.

The upload manager says I have used Fratyinside's modular stairs, of which I was unaware. If that is so, thank you Fratyinside for the creation of these stairs. In my game these stairs show as Maxis-made content, and I created this lot to contain no CC. So be advised that there MAY be one item of CC in this upload.

I did not use any hacks in creating this lot, however, I did use the move_objects cheat to place a few of the patio tiles. And while it is not necessary to use the cheats to allow 45 degree angles or snapping objects to grid, it does make for some nice decor options.
