This is the second house in my Small Street series. I built it 3 times today, as the lot would refuse to package when I built it in University. I finally figured out that it worked fine when I built it in the base game, and then decorated the lot in University - go figure. So anyway, I think I have the floor plan down now, and I will be having nightmares about this house giving me trouble in my sleep.

Since I had to actually build the house in the Base Game, I am able to offer the unfurnished version for those who want it, or who don't have University. I chose to use Uni to furnish and decorate the house because of the nice Medieval furniture it has. You will have to have the University expansion to load the furnished version. If you don't have Uni, you should be able to do a search here on MTS2 and find some nice custom content to furnish your house.

A piano and chess table recolor by me to better match the dark medieval furniture.

A recolor of the toilet seat to blend in with the dark medieval chair, as well as a darker tub recolor without the panda. Sadly, I forgot to change the dirty state of the toilet seat or tub. Maybe I'll call that a feature since it should be easier to tell if they are dirty - both items will get lighter, and the panda bear will appear on the tub. :P

This last picture is from the original house that I uploaded to the exchange long ago (so there are a few small differences). I wanted to show that the stove actually works embedded in the fireplace, and that the "chamber pots" also work. The only really unusual thing I noticed is that the chair/toilet combination works as either a toilet or a chair, so sometimes your sim will take the actual newspaper in the bathroom and sit on the throne to read it without needing to use the bathroom.
