Introducing the Sea Foam, coming to you by request of mastersimsmanic. She so loved my Sea Breeze that she asked me to make it a beach lot. I couldn't very well turn down my first request, so here it is!

Made for the coast of Belladonna Cove
The layout, landscaping and includeds(basic fixtures) are the same as on Sea Breeze, except the back porch steps leading down to the beach and the newly painted walls to reflect the name of the lot.
