This is my first challenge entry... I'm excited!

I forever seem to have an ongoing Medieval/Dark Ages story going on in my head and it has made it's way into my Sims. I'm so excited to be trying my hand at a challenge entry, I hope it pleases many.

This plot of land is owned by Lord Duane, a baron from the First Age, who is usually up to no good...
Lord Duane stays in his Manor Apartment whish is decorated lavishly with all the comforts of the day.
The Servants Quarters also rests inside the Manor House and is to the left of the Main Hall. The Servant do not live as well as the Lord, but they are well hosted with all the necessities.
Outside there are 4 Serf's Hovels, 2 with 2 bdrms, 1 bath and 2 with 3 bdrms, 2 baths. Each Hovel is complete with basic items needed to gain the skills of the times. Each home also has a small garden plot to grow and keep food for themselves.
The Main Hall is where all classes are welcome to relax, learn to read, play chess or piano and warm up by the fireplace. They may even sit and gaze into the Magical Picture Frame. If boredom strikes indoors, there is an Ax Throw and a fire pit just outside.

There seems to be some trouble with the Custom Content being detected within the lot Rar. I apologize for any inconvenience.
I unpackaged the lot into my own files, then added the CC to their own rar file that can be downloaded below.
