My first neighborhood upload! I never thought I was going to get this done, I must have restarted my Sims and Sim City 4 a thousand times! But finally, it is finished. I suggest downloading Gunmod's Camera Mod, it allows you to see more of the neighborhood! Credit to him since I used his mod for my screenshots! Hope you guys like it! =)


Update 03-13-09: I re-uploaded all the files today since the crash, so they should be working now!





To install, extract all files (including .pngs) to your EA Games/Sims 2/SC4Terrains folder.
