This upload contains two versions of the same lot.
1. 30 Oak Street - starter. Basically a starter home with simple furnishing to keep the price down; §19,612.
2. 30 Oak Street, which is the starter home with some improved landscaping, for a nicer but pricier home; §24,637.
Bottom Floor:
A kitchen connected to the living/dining room with a door to the cozy front porch and a door to the backyard.
The backyard of the pricier lot contains two benches surrounded by tons of spider lilies.
Upper Floor:
The upper floor contains one pretty small bathroom, one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom. Perfect for the small family of two to three Sims.
