I made this house for my sim and decided to upload it and I hope you enjoy it like I do. It's a 2 story house with 1.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen that extends into a living room, and 3 other rooms to use to your liking.

The backyard is spacious and can be used for gardening or even a pool.
This house costs 36,198 unfurnished, and 81,373 furnished.
