I'm Back, after 2 months on Hiatus becuase of various computer troubles and upgrades including getting dual screens and windows 7, oh, and having to purchase Sims 3 again because of the disc getting corrupted. I have a new house, or more precisely, a new series that will be released in my new hood that should be out in.... whenever its finished. I will just say that its a modern/tropical/suburban island that will require WA.

Now, onto the house. The series is called Premiere and the house is called "The Ashley" and you can thank Escape The Fate's song Ashley for that.
The home features a completely open floorplan with one bedroom, one bathroom, a study, pool and an entertainment area. The home is splitleved 3 ways, so on the ground, on foundation and one above foundation, and the roof reflects this. I know that it looks like theres alot of CC, but I have tried to use CC from the same sets, so that you don't really download sets you only need one item from. But I did include the hummer, which is why the price is over 100k.
