I walked by this house every night since last June and always admired its private, yet inviting exterior. I had to use my imagination for the floor plan which I think is really convenient, easy in and easy out, for busy sims. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, formal living and dining, with a little patio off the kitchen for outdoor dining on moonlit nights. The fake garage could easily be converted into a family room or another bedroom with bath. Hope your sims like it!
