A beautiful forested home named for the regal surrounding fir trees, the Douglas is perfect for your hip and trendy, career focused young couple.

The main living area, complete with kitchen, dining and lounge, is large, bright and airy decorated in pristine whites, crisp reds and stainless steel, giving it a clean and modern feel. The two storied double glazed body of the building makes maximum use of natural light while minimising the energy costs of keeping the place warm in the winter.


In one wing of the house your sims can find the privacy of their bedroom, complete with en-suite and dressing room, but not losing any opportunity to provide a spectacular view of the majestic firs in the back garden.

This home is ready for your entrepreneurial sims to move right in and start living life to the max! There are also countless opportunities for your sims to customise the house to their own likes; the two upper story walls in the main area are a blank canvas, waiting for whatever decorative turn your sims' minds fancy, a driveway (or two) can be added out the front of the house with only a little landscaping work necessary to persuade a couple of the firs to grow a couple of feet away from their original spots, and of course similar re-landscaping can be done in the back garden to maximise the hosting potential of the patio. It would be child's play to change the study into a nursery for those sims at the top of their game and looking for a new challenge from life, or even to add upper levels of living space for more entertaining, relaxation, self improvement or family fun.
