Old Money

The Oakmonts are not nouveau riche. On the contrary, they come from old money, and they have been able to maintain their large fortune over the years by being very frugal. For example, when they heard that they could add luxury to their huge, historic country house by purchasing Persian carpets for only 1 simoleon per square foot, they ordered one for each room on the lower floor. The only catch was that when the carpets arrived, they were in 8 - 12 pieces per carpet and had to be assembled like puzzles. The Oakmonts were pretty disappointed, but got to work themselves and put the carpets together, gluing them to the hardwood floors. When they finished, they were actually quite pleased with the result. After all that, Ruell Oakmont invested heavily in the carpets, but found that most people like to buy carpets in one piece. She lost the family fortune and now their house is for sale. Hopefully you have a frugal sim who will see the worth of the property.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
