Modern Loft - No CC

Another upscale house for your liking! This house is a beauty and my favorite by far! We have an open floor plan downstairs including a 1/2 Bathroom. Take the stairs up to the second floor and enter on to the loft where you will find 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Bedrooms are not huge but they all fit Large Beds. I have converted one bedroom into a computer room, because lets face it every home needs more than one PC! There is a grill on the patio with a picnic table where you can BBQ and enjoy your beautifully landscaped yard. I hope you enjoy!

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
• Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
