Hi,
This is my first upload. It's a contemporary colonial-style, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Comes with back patio and picturesque pond.
Unfurnished house costs $38,753. With basic furnishing, $88,558. I have attached both.
Thanks to everyone who helped explain this process. I hope I did it correctly.
