NPC use subway

It´s a XML-Tuning mod that allows NPCs to use the subway to visit lots. That might be helpful if you play in a large world, or with a lot of islands. Now you are able to link your lots with subway stations and NPCs will use them, too.

Issues:
If you build your subway in the basement and have Pets installed there is a problem with puppies and kittens using the subway, because they can not use stairs. Keep that in mind.

The mod will conflict with nraas GoHere and other mods that take changes on "SimRoutingComponent"

It overrides SimRoutingComponent in \Game\Bin\Gameplay\GameplayData.package (instance id 0x7728186024B1EDCE).
