Originally built for my womanizing doctor, Metro Modern is a great home for your single guys who love entertaining! (Of course, girls or couples could live there too if you wish

The main entry to the house is on the second floor. Which (hopefully) makes the ground floor seem more like a walk out basement.
It has one (large) bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms (one being an en suite).
Bedroom and en suite are on the 3rd floor, with a private patio.
2nd (entry) floor has kitchen, dining and half bath
And the ground floor has living room, bar, game table and 2nd full bath
