Is the lack of space in your neighborhood getting you down? Do you want stylish yet affordable housing? Well, look no further than the tiny house series! The houses in this series are all on 10X10 lots, and pack in style on an affordable budget. There are options for *every* family size.

I decided to upload all of these houses at the same time, so I waited to upload them together. I was thinking of adding them on one download screen, but I decided against it for various reasons.

This house isn't the cheapest house, but it is perfect for a sim couple with a bit of money saved up. One of the really fun things about this house is the seating on the roof, utilizing the space in this house to the highest degree.

You could definitely add a basement (deleting the stairs I have now and replacing them would work), but the family house size is already complete with a basement if you're not too picky with the house's style (and anyway, there's not tons of seating, as is, for a family).
