Hello darlings!
Honestly, I don't know the reaction I'll get from you guys. My sister's was "ew, gross!"
This wasn't meant to be utterly disgusting - I just wanted some semi-realistic pimples for an 'ugly Betty' kind of Sim.
It took a lot of work to resize and reshape the pimples because they stretch or pinch in different areas of the face.
I tried this on a LOT of different skin tones and one of them always looks good! Suit yourself.

To use this, you only need your Sims 2 base game
In the Makeup > Blush section. For kids-elders. Both men and women.
