Hello to all
Restore an old furniture factory ... to make apartments ...
The exterior walls have been preserved to give this building more pills. We also kept the lobby.

Apartment 1 (formerly the company workshops) includes:
- 1 parent room
- 1 child’s room
- 1 bathroom with bathroom
- 1 large open kitchen with direct access to the small park and swimming pool

Upstairs, in the old offices:
Apartment 2:
- 1 parent room
- 1 child’s room
- 1 bathroom with bathroom
- 1 kitchen open to a comfortable living room
- 1 very large terrace

Apartment 3:
- Accessible from outside
- 1 bedroom with shower area
- 1 small kitchen
- 1 small living room
- 1 balcony

On the outside:
- 1 corner for garbage cans
- 1 large pool


To manage to build the stairs on 3 levels in the same room I tested the raised ground but I had a problem with straight walls... after having tested with objects I thought why not? ... roofs? ... and it works the only thing you have to keep in mind - absolutely - is to forecast the entries and exits! never close the room completely ... roofs don’t like to be locked in
