B: Design
1. Major Theme: In the future, many buildings will have anti-grviational engine to exploit the open-wide aerial space! There's not much land left on the ground... Should there be some left, they should be reserved for the low-light-intensity plants to occupy so as to keep the environmental balance of the planet!
2. Major Style: for compartmental distinction, colorational contrast is the major colour style; As many of Moi's lots, mix of cultural decorations is a norm!
3. Major Structural Characteristics: familiar shapes from cards and simple abstract shapes as outlines linked by aerial stairs! As a usual pattern of Moi's lots, washroom is often open and unisex. (for open-minded all sexes and even sexless!) A common usage of a statue somewhere above the lake.
4. Special Outline:
4a. a shopping and recreational complex
4b. a pool and mini-park on the ground
4c. a dining room and BBQ on the 1/F
4d. a food-grocery store and an entertainment shop (magarzines & games) on the 2/F
4e. a "Maxis's fashion" shop and an entertainment centre 3/F
4f. An aerial Ad-box!

Play-tips:
Whenever geting a new house, you can scan for things in the package with Clean Installer before installation, and you can ALWAYS check the playability of the lots to your system @ lot-building mode in the neighbourhood screen before playing them.
File Decompression:
Just extact the self-extractable file with "exe" by winuha2 SFX out of the zip file and click on the "exe" file and it'll extract the compressed house/lot sims2pack out.
