I really enjoy making the smaller homes for my low income sims. I found the builder plan for this home and knew my sims would love it. I hope your sims will like it too. The home is minimally but completely furnished and landscaped due to the smallness of the lot and the need to keep the cost low for our sims to be able to afford their first home. There is no Custom content included, however I have Bessy's mod No Backsplash Counters Add-On Overrides and Non-Default Clones as I do not like Backsplashes. If you want your counters to look like the ones in my screenshots I would recommend her mod.
