📝 About the Mod
The school routine is demanding enough as it is, so why should your Sims spend all day in front of the computer just to meet their work goals?

This mod drastically reduces the time required to complete the "Work from Home" tasks for the Education Career. No more wasting precious hours of the day creating a single lesson plan or reviewing budgets! Now your Sim will have much more free time to build other skills, hang out with family, or simply relax.

⚙️ What was changed?
The mod speeds up the following computer interactions (valid for both the Professor and Administrator branches):
  • Create Lesson Plan / Plan Lecture
  • Write Scholarly Paper
  • Write Letter of Recommendation
  • Review Budget Proposals
  • Write Grants
  • Plan Agenda
  • Tutor Student Online (All subjects)

⏱️ Available Versions
The mod comes in 3 different "flavors" to suit your gameplay style.
  • 30 Minutes Version: Reduces the duration of all tasks to exactly 30 in-game minutes (the EA default varies from 1h30 to over 3h). Ideal for those who want a more dynamic routine but without losing all realism.
  • 15 Minutes Version: Reduces the duration to 15 minutes. Perfect for very full households where you don't have time to waste.
  • 1 Minute Version (Instant): The task is completed in just 1 minute! Blink and it's done. Excellent for those who just want to focus on leveling up quickly and skip the computer bureaucracy.

⚠️ WARNING: Install only ONE version in your Mods folder!

  • Expansion Pack: Discover University

🛠️ Installation and Conflicts
  • How to install: Choose the .package file of your preferred version and place it inside your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder.
  • Conflicts: This mod is a direct Override of the original EA Interaction Tuning files listed above. It will conflict with any other mod that alters these exact same Education career interactions.
  • Note: XMLInjector is not required.
