All the other mods in this set work with teens and teen careers as well: ask-before-promotion, jobs-in-uni, career-types-mutually-satisfy-wants. Except for YA-work-wants-fears, it concerns young adults.

Yeah I think I asked because I have no idea how to make the teens have full time jobs WITHOUT having to go to school, as soon as their grades drop they lose their job

Ooh, I'm so glad I happened to check and see the update. I've always wanted the option to look for jobs on community lots to make libraries and town halls more useful. Thanks for that!

Found a conflict between Pescado's wfsanity and YA-work-wants-fears-better. 'Enter Career Track' and 'Enter Career Track Exclusive'.
Is it a load-order thing?

Hi Lamare,
I'm now discovering all your job mods, and loving them, but I have found a little annoyance. When my teen sim went to uni, she no longer had her part-time job. I had the "Choose part-time or full-time" mod from your job options set, so she could apply for it again. Except in 5 days Dance career never showed up.
So I tried to use MogHughson's "Job Seeking Noticeboard" but that didn't come up with the option from your mod for part- or full-time. It only offered full-time.
I guess I'm asking 2 things:
a) Can you change/ add something to this mod so that teens who go to uni keep their jobs?
b) Is that "Job Seeking Noticeboard" compatible with your part-or-full-time option mod, such that it could show the choice if I change load order or anything?
Thanks for any help you can offer!

a) I'll look into that when I have time.
b) The noticeboard has its own custom interactions, and the only way to change them is to modify the object itself (at least, I don't know of another way). It can be done, but I don't want to reupload someone else's object. MogHughson hasn't been around lately, so we can't even ask.

Looks like Midge made it compatible with my mod, even though it's not mentioned on their page. Make Midge's mod load after mine (after choose-career-type, in particular).

Is it normal for the job to not appear in the career tab? Like, I tested it on a young adult sim and it only showed the major, not the job :s

@emodarkwolf, yes, it is normal. Young adults don't have the UI for careers, because they normally can't have jobs. There's a workaround though -- YA's Job Panel Revealer

I think this is breaking pet job text
for some reason, there's broken text when searching for pet jobs
there's also a weird text after an extra (showbiz career) gets promoted that I don't remember
a dialog box pops up with the text "yes" and your pet's ui pic

What language are you playing in? Also, try running HCDU. It's either a translation bug or a conflict with another mod. Or both

Promotions from chance cards just happen. You don't get offered, you get promoted.

Hi Lamare! Thank you for this amazing mod! I have a question though: does it work with the mod "Playable and Improved nannies" by LazyDuchess? I really want a playable nanny but I want that part-time job to be available to adult sims too! I sent a message to LazyDuchess but she did not reply, so I decided to ask you.

Since I started using YA-work-wants-fears-Better, I notice that my YA and adult sims will sometimes roll a want to get a job that they already have. Is this because I'm not using career-types-mutually-satisfy-wants? I use jobs-in-uni-for-all, but not choose-career-type.

With my latest update, sims are allowed to roll wants to find a new job, if they are unhappy or have low job performance. I might have left a way for them to roll for the same career track by accident, I'll look into it
