Everything you want from a condemned building, with none of the inconvenient sanitation!

This once elegant manor has seen better days. Abandoned by its owners after a devastating smustle epidemic, it had fallen into ruin.

That's when "Ed" moved in, installed plumbing, and opened an unlicensed, illegal grill and convenience store (sorry, the bar cost money). While he did not have the cash to restore the place to its original grandeur, he did manage to shore up the foundations and keep the building from falling farther into the massive sinkhole forming below. Electricity is spotty, the roof is partially open to the elements, and the only heat is from the rusty old stove. No custom content.

I created this lot for use in the Poverty Challenge that I am running on the Sims2Community site (see the link in my signature). It is pretty much an all-purpose community lot, and your sims can fill all of their needs here but energy. They can play pinball, buy food and clothing, kick gnomes, eat hot dogs, woohoo in the photo booth, and, um, bathe. There's even a toilet on the front lawn! Hooray!

Rules for use in the poverty challenge:
You may redecorate it. You may not move the walls, windows, doors, or objects. You may NOT add new objects (including lights), unless they have no function other than for decoration- no hacked decorative objects allowed either. You may delete existing objects.

You may not allow your poverty challenge sims to visit any other community lot.
