In the 1930’s Ashcombe House on the Wiltshire/Dorset border near Shaftesbury was partly derelict. A Cecil Beaton applied his talents to restore this house, which he rented over the next 15 years for around 50 UK pounds a month. He moved out in 1945.
The real six-bedroom Georgian House,together with a studio with seven more bedrooms, two farmhouses and three cottages with a surrounding downland estate of around 4.8 square kilometres with the best shooting in the county was sold to Madonna and Guy Ritchie for around 9 million UK Pounds in 2001.

And is carefully reproduced unfurnished, on a 5x4 lot for the most discerning Sims that can afford the §86’927
