This is my first upload on MTS2, and I hope that a least some of you will like this and use it!
This is a starter house which costs $18,880. It comes partially furnished with counters, fridge, cooker, table and chairs in the kitchen/dining area, a sofa coffee table, TV and stereo in the living area.
It has two unfurnished bedrooms and a furnished bathroom with toilet, bath/shower and sink.
Best of all there's a pool!
I have all the expansions and you will need them too for the lot to work in your game.
The lot has no custom content and is hack free!
