This dorm is modelled after RIT's University Commons apartment buildings. Each floor has four suites and each suit has 4 rooms, for a total of 32. This dorm sits on a 5x5 lot.
Rooms come with a double bed and desk and with some rearranging you can actually use the double bed for woohooing. Each suite has a bookshelf, TV, and kitchen area. No sims will come and cook for you so you'll have to make your own food (like in the real UC apartments). Back area has chess, downstairs has a computer lab. Two bathrooms per suite.
Also includes a nifty staircase in the lobby next to a wall that was a royal pain to do. I hope you enjoy that.

MaryLou & Numenor's "Counter Culture" Kitchen Set - You don't need to Floors, but you need everything else.
