Hi,

This is my first building upload.
although I'm an architect, I love creating sims much much more,
thus why I hardly build anything in Sim neighborhood ^^.
So I'm not very familiar with the complex building commands, and how
or when to use them, that's why I ended up with this basic building.

The building is called "Dominate".
as you can see the two materials competes each other
to dominate the building, and also the roof.
But I tried to keep them around 50-50%
so it looks like they're battling eternally ^__^'
(perfect place for my figthing game sims)

It is a modern styled building, with loose layout (some rooms can be added easily)

In the sample I use the basement as living & dining area, the first floor is for home business,
the second floor is private area,
and the third floor is basically nothing (in reality it can be used for storage, etc)
There is another entrance directly to the basement, to take out trash, receive delivery, etc.


it is built in 2x2 lot
with the price around 30.000 (unfurnished) - 80.000 (fully furnished)

The jacuzi can be replaced with swimming pool or garden, barbecue, etc.

And everything is maxis default, no custom contents

(OFB NEEDED !!!)
