3x2 Lot
Residential (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)
$28,449
Hack Free
Landscaped but Unfurnished (shown furnished for layout only)
I'm trying to put my excitement for Seasons arrival to some kind of use, so I decided to build a little house that I thought would look nice in all seasons, and since there will be lots of new things to do in the EP, I've left room on the lot for a pond or a greenhouse (or both) and pretty much anything else your sims might want to spend their seasons doing. Or, if you don't have/aren't getting seasons, you can use the space for a driveway, swing set, swimming pool or anything else!
The downstairs has an open and inviting living area.
A door from the kitchen leads out to a cozy screen porch.
Perfect for watching the sunset on hot summer nights or watching the first snow fall in winter.
Furnished floorplans: Downstairs and Upstairs
I've just decorated sparsely to give you an idea of the layout. Of course, you can make it more homey for you sims.
Custom Content Included:
- Victorian Porch Fence by Holy Simoly
- Entrance Door (Part of the Australian Federation Collection) by darylmarkloc

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
