Bob's Beach

Bob "Choppy" Manuloa. Bob was regarded as one of the worlds best surfers during his era. He held the title of World Champion for 3 consecutive years. His nickname 'Choppy', named after the amazing way he could manage to surf in choppy conditions. But on one very unfotunate day, while during his daily surf, he was tragically killed after the bad conditions got the better of him.
His town locals decided to pay tribute to him by burning his favourite surfboard and placing the ashes in an urn. They re-named the beach after him and created a monument. I today have brought you that beach.

Hey there,

Yes, I know it has been ages since I have uploaded anything, but I am very pleased to be uploading this. It is called Bob's Beach, If you read the fictional story, above, you will know why.

It took me about 4 - 5 hours to make.

The beach contains:

- An ocean, no it doesn't move but I did make a wave, that is in the air.
- 2 beach shaks, they have a few couches, tvs and decorative things.
- Bob's monument, with the actual surfboard ashes!
- Several beach towels, some with parasols.



Alot of custom terrains have been used, but they make the beach look alot more realistic.

With the HUGE amount of custom content, with all the recolours, just go to the mesh and you will find the recolours in there. Although the custom content is included, you may want to know this. I'm new to the new way of uploading, so I will try to learn more.

It is a community lot so I am not sure of the price. It also requires Uni, NL, OFB and Seasons. I am sorry about using seasons, I may make a non seasons needed one, if asked for. Lot size is 4x4, not too small, not too big.
