This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

I made some Famous Stars and Straps t-shirts for Adult Female (found here) and I got a couple people of asking for some teen versions. So these are just teen versions of the adult ones I made.(I'm working on the guy ones, I'm just not fully happy with them yet! >_<)
