I have made a new neighborhood object, a beautiful house with a balcony.
You can place it on lots and find it under Decorations->misc.
As you see on the fourth screenshot from the shadow site it looks very dark in the neighborhood view, but also this dark site does NOT look bad/dark from a lot (screenshot #1, from that angle it also looks so dark in neighborhood view, but not from a lot as you see).
As you also see in screenshot #1, the size is 100% correct.
