Here's the second in what is turning into a series of 1 story houses I'm making. It's easy to play and realistic looking from the outside. Comes sparsely furnished as shown in the floorplan.

If you don't already have it you need to get the invisible driveway recolor from roddyaleixo for the driveway to look right.
