Back to the Medieval Theme!

This is little house for a family of 4 (goblins or not).
Basement: master and kids bedrooms, bath and a working room (my goblins here usually work on robots creation !!!!)
First floor: kitchen, living room and bath.
Tower: only space for the PC studio.
Upper floors: empty space for any use, but they are reachable only through medition, no stairs for going up there. Maybe you'd like this one by Jordi

In the garden there are also chessboard and telescope.


notes:
The pond is too little for fishing, you can modify it but working a bit on the ponds decorations and the terrain elevation.
There's NO place for a car, goblins generally don't use car.
The wishing well is not included but, in the case you'd like to have it without spending a lot of efforts in gardening, take this one here, by numenor and black spirit

Cleaned, checked and tested in game, for 4 sim days.
I have all EPs and stuff packs, so probably you need the same for running this lot.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated dammned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.
