I have recolored a Maxis hair based on melodies Mesh - so it is for all ages. You have to download the Mesh, or the hairs won't show up in your game.
It comes with the 4 maxis colors and 3 extra colors: pale blond, light red, dark brown.
It's color binned and all hairs have the same family GUID. The grey hair for elders comes with the black hairs.
