This soothing Japanese-style resort can fit in nicely at a Vacation Destination or on the shore of your local neighborhood (as long as it has been created for BV beach lots).
Sims visiting this summer spot can enjoy a relaxing dip into the indoor hot spring if it isn't hot enough outside. There are mahjong tables and recliners on the first floor. There is a traditional tatami room on the second floor for tea on the second floor, as well as a unisex restroom complete with showers and toilet stalls. There are hammocks and a noodle stand, as well as a shrine, before sims make their way down the slope to the ocean! Swim past the ancient tori gate anchored into the coast by the sheer weight of its camphor logs or learn the fire dance. Search for shells, dig for treasure, or build sandcastles. Your sims are sure to have a full day while visiting Umi no Ie (House on the Sea).
