Tiki Restaurant - smallest beach lot
This is a Tiki-style restaurant built in the community lot with a smaller beach in relation to the ones that come by default, here the sims can eat without inconvenience and enjoy a jukebox, beach, a table near the sea, a simple bathroom but suitable for visitors, all this was possible thanks to the Mootilda tools, Lot Adjuster and SimPe, in my YouTube video shows the correct operation of this type of beach lots modified in its size of land.

this lot file were saved in the Sims 2 Bon Voyage, if you have these expansions of the game or higher, you can download and install this content.the beach lot and must be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.This lot doesn't have personalized content.
