The first floor features a foyer, living room, kitchen, dining room, den, and two baths. We even included gym equipment to encourage fitness!

Edit: I have play tested a copy of this house with a sim family of 4 for about a week now. The only thing I found wrong is with the desk in the den downstairs. I had used snapobjectstogrid false to pull it away from the drapes and also move the chair back a little. They cannot sit in the chair until you pick up the desk and chair to "snap" them back into the grid. Then it's fine. Otherwise, your sims can use everything else.
