Custom content includes stairs by crocobaura, among other things -- please see this thread if you want to install them properly. This lot will work fine if you don't, but you won't be able to use them in other lots (they wont show up in the catalogue, which is what the installation procedure is for). Also included is frillen's Invisible Driveway as a separate file -- put it in your Downloads folder before attempting to play this lot.


Description:
Starter house with small fenced-in garden, furnished for up to five sims (if one of them is a toddler), with additional space in the basement.

1 x double bedroom
2 x single bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/living
2 x spare room (basement, empty)

All basics included, plus a TV, a stove and a mirror. One driveway in front of the house, car not included. If your sims want a bigger garden, check out Mootilda's LotAdjuster -- with that, it's very easy to expand the lot.
