Hello All!
Here is a little starter home for your sims on a 1x2 lot. It's furnished with all the essentials including alarms and a phone and ready to move into.
There's very little cc in this one. I fell in love with plasticbox's siding recolours and am using them liberally in my game at the moment so naturally they're here too.
