Hi. This is a enviromentaly friendly duplex home. The house is "powered" by the sun and water is "collected" from the rain. Rainwater is collected on the roof and then filtered by the plants. Used water is filtered again and used once more in toilets before dericted to Simcity watertreatment plant.
This way all the greeks and rivers in neighborhood are kept clean and sims are able to fish and swim without eny worries.

This house has two appartments. Both of them have:

1 kitchen
1 livingroom
1 bathroom
1 bedroom
1 study
1 parkingspace.
+Shared frontyard and separate backyard.

Right side appartment is starter furnished. The left side was left empty to lower the prize. This house was inspired by picture I found with google and I added also some of my own ideas.
