All for the low price of $19, 945. It took me several hours and many tweaks ( and maybe a few curse words too!) to get this thing under the $20k threshold. I had to use every trick up my sleeve and then some, but I did not want to sacrifice the landscaping or exterior appearance. I hope you enjoy it.
