It's a traditional japanese style house, although not entirely..
Because if I follow the original design, my sims won't be able to sleep, eat, or even sit !


2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen and Dining hall, and a Living room.
There's not much room left btw, and I don't recommend modifying it into a 2 story since the roof is a bit tricky..

The living room

Those array of rugs were supposed to be Tatami :P
but since our sims can't sit on a Tatami, I had no choice but to place the usual furniture sets.. *boo*

the others are just ordinary, nothing special, really..

And this is my first time making ponds btw, so any comments or feedback are greatly appreciated !

It's hard to make natural looking ponds. I hope this one isn't too artificial..

It's play tested, newspaper in front gate, pizza guy also waits at the front gate. And sims can fish at the pond, though the access is a bit far (it wasn't meant to be a fishing site anyways)
