small 1 Br 2.5 Bath done in a contemporary style. it would be nice if the sims had a more contemporary selection to build with but it does not so i made do with what i could. the loft is technically a sleeping loft, but there are no day beds (yet) so a nice comfy couch will have to do for the moment. as it stands its a singles/couples home, but one of the sides of the loft could easily be made into a second room for children. this house comes with a pool, plenty of stuff to work on skills, and a detached single car garage with plenty of driveway space. there is also a little nook in the garage for workbenches, if they ever get added to ts3
