Hello everyone, today I'm bringing you another fun little build for your neighborhoods! This house is a small modern build with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and closet. The interior is an open concept floor plan with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of wall length windows to let in natural light and offer great views from wherever the home is placed. A spacious backyard complete with a pool, hot tub, and patio finish the property.

I really like how this little house turned out! It makes a nice addition to any neighborhood and I'm sure it will fit well in yours as well! Happy Simming!
