This house was built for the Sunnyside Strand lot in Sunset Valley, but it should look good on any 40x40 lot. It was designed to be light and airy, and its main feature is a huge set of windows and an internal garden that provide a view all the way through the inside.
There is a large master bedroom as well as a kitchen / dining / living area upstairs. Two additional bedrooms and an exercise area are downstairs. Both floors have balconies.
Since this is the house that I'm currently playing with in the game, a lot of nifty extras come included. You'll find a moodlet manager on the kitchen counter, and a food replicator next to that. My gem collection is also in there, and so is a teleportation pad.
