You're strolling along a mountainous area, and stop to admire the beaty of this gorgeous lake. But, you soon see a small cabin up in the hills behind the lake. This used to be the home of Greg Simmington, who died 10 years ago. You are now free to live in the abandoned cabin.

My first upload here at MTS, this is a small starter cabin located in the hills behind lake. It is not a big house, better suited to your lonely sims, or sims who do not spend much time at home. It is perfect for your fisherman and outdoorsman sims. To use the bathroom, your sims must take the stairs to a small outhouse behind the cabin.
