So, one night I was up late and laying in bed... and suddenly I thought up this monstrosity here. It uses a lot of exploitation and manipulation of the game's limited engine to create complex structures and varying floor levels.

This is sort of a private Villa, built into a hillside with its own private road/driveway (fully functional), several garden areas, swimming pool, large open deck, and many more fun features.

It features two or three bedrooms, a den, an open kitchen/dining area that shares a large space with the living room, a single bathroom, and a few extra rooms that can serve whatever function you see fit.

There is only one entrance, leading from the driveway reception area to an elevator which takes you up to the usable floors.

Two bridge-like structures hold up two of the larger rooms. These might serve well as places to set up hobby objects, sports equipment, or things of that nature.

Many of the areas in this lot are aesthetic in function above all else. While there is more than enough space for the usual stuff, this lot's primary purpose is to look pretty. That being said, it works very well as a normal home.

In order to make the structure of this lot possible, the second floor was basically skipped, and the first floor only contains the driveway and reception area. Essentially, the third floor acts like the first, being the primary floor on which you'll do most of your simmish things (not counting the outside stuff). The tower occupies the game's fourth floor, but again, the conventional mechanics of the game are not adhered to in this design.

Included furniture is minimal. Only necessities and a few hard-to-position items are included with this lot. Kitchen area, bath, and the den are furnished. There's an odd bench here or there, and I included a grill for the hell of it.

A large portion of this lot is built diagonally. As you know, furniture is not mapped to the diagonal grid. 'boolprop allow45degreeAngleOfRotation true' will probably be enough for most of your furniture arrangement in these areas, but occasionally you may want to also 'boolprop snapObjectsToGrid false' to get things just right. Just don't forget to turn those cheats off afterwards.

Due to limitations of the game, it's very likely that the lot placement will eat the overwritten default tiles (road/sidewalk). This means that you'll need to repaint the road and sidewalk yourself, via the locktiles cheat. These road tiles are in the Misc. section of the floor menus.

Important:
Reyn's Open Stairs will not work without Numenor's Scriptorium. Make sure you go through the installation procedure for the Scriptorium before you install this lot!
